Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team.
1. If you contact us *before* the item has shipped:
Given that most orders ship on the same day, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to service@easerush.cc. For standard product orders cancelled prior to shipment, we will not charge any cancellation fees.
2. If you contact us *after* the item has shipped:
In this scenario—if the package has already been dispatched (based on our internal system status, rather than the order status)—you will be responsible for the applicable shipping costs. Additionally, we will charge a 5% transaction processing fee. (Since we are unable to intercept shipments once they have been dispatched, the return and refund process can only be initiated *after* the item has been delivered to you and signed for.) Returned products must be in pristine condition, packed using the original packaging we sent to you, and returned together with the original proof of purchase. We will process your refund once we have received the returned package.
30-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy:
1. Within 30 days of receiving your product, if you encounter quality issues not caused by human error—including damage, defects, or missing/incorrect items—we will provide a free replacement or reshipment service.
2. If you request a return or exchange for personal reasons (unrelated to product quality issues), the customer must bear the round-trip shipping costs, and we will charge an additional 5% transaction processing fee. Such personal reasons include: personal dislike of the product, network band incompatibility, finding the phone too heavy, etc. (Packages shipped to regions outside the EU may be subject to additional customs duties; please consult your local customs office for details.)

What Does the Warranty Cover?
If a product malfunctions within the warranty period due to inherent quality issues (rather than due to user-induced damage or improper use), we accept free returns, provide free repair services, or offer a replacement with a brand-new unit.
What is NOT covered by the warranty?
1. Damage caused by human factors, natural disasters, or other external causes.
2. Damage resulting from failure to use the product in accordance with the user manual, or from abuse or misuse.
3. Any alterations or modifications made to any part of the product.
How to Return a Product?
If you wish to return a product, please follow these guidelines:
Step 1: Before returning the item, please contact our customer service team. We will respond within 24 hours and provide return instructions.

Step 2: Once you have received confirmation from our customer service team, please prepare your return package, keeping the following requirements in mind:
1. Please include your order number inside the package. You may print out the order details page or simply leave a written note inside the package.
2. Please ensure that the original proof of purchase (receipt) is included in the package.
3. Please return the product using the original packaging provided by us.
4. The product must be in undamaged condition (this requirement does not apply to products that were defective upon receipt; however, if a non-defective product is returned in a damaged state, you will not be eligible for a refund).
Step 3: Please contact our customer service team and provide your return tracking number. We will monitor the package status and process your refund within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the package.
